1st Appointment

Well, I went to my first appointment last week. Finally!

I was somewhat disappointed. I did not see a counselor. I seen a nurse practitioner. I can understand why this was done. I just did not expect it and was a little disappointed. I really want to see if I can incorporate some new skills and see if it might be possible to get off the meds. Even if I can't get off the meds, I would like to see if it's possible to just be a better person if I can learn some of new ways to deal with stress, change, pressure, etc.

Well, I am supposed to see the counselor Nov 7. I'll let you know how things go with that session.
