Gone Away

Well, I am on a business trip this week. Away from home. I have mixed feelings about being away from home. It's nice to not have the responsibility of the day to day at home. It's not so nice being away from everyone. I've only been away from The Wife, The Middle One, and The Youngest for one day and I already miss them terribly. The one saving grace is that I am in Atlanta, GA and The Oldest come over from Augusta to visit and spend the night.

We just got back from dinner. It was nice to sit and eat with her and talk like adults. Sometimes seems strange to think of The Oldest as an adult. But I am very proud of her. She has grown into a very good person.
